For the first time since December 2022, the small-cap initial public offering (IPO) market is showing promising signs of growth. After a challenging period, the uptick in completed IPOs is a welcome change. This October, we saw a significant increase in small-cap IPOs, with 19 deals under $25 million completed compared to 12 in September, 8 in August, and only 3 back in June.
