For the first time since December 2022, the small-cap initial public offering (IPO) market is showing promising signs of growth. After a challenging period, the uptick in completed IPOs is a welcome change. This October, we saw a significant increase in small-cap IPOs, with 19 deals under $25 million completed compared to 12 in September, 8 in August, and only 3 back in June. For now, we're focusing on deals under $25 million, though we’ll include deals up to $50 million in future updates as market conditions improve.
Small-cap IPOs serve as a critical component of market diversity, allowing emerging companies to access capital while providing investors with unique growth opportunities.
